土日は通し営業がありがたいです。
昼と夜の間、ちょうど静かな時間帯に伺えたので、
気分的にもゆっくりできました。
生ビール548円→274円
半額でした。文句なく。おいしい。
葱レバー438円
すぐに出てくる系おつまみ。
レバーのまったり感に葱とタレが絡んでいいです。
肉汁焼餃子526円
色よく焼かれた肉汁餃子。
味がついているのでまずは何もつけずにどうぞ、
というアナウンス通りに。
厚めの皮を噛むと飛び出す肉汁。
ネーミングに納得。ひと口でいった方がよいかも。
味付けはあっさり目なので、
おつまみにはラー油をプラス。
蒸し鶏のサラダ757円
蒸し鶏でヘルシーな響きですが、結構ボリューミー。
取り分けてちょうどいいサイズ。
サクサクのトッピング。餃子の皮的な何か？
が良いアクセント。
胡麻風味のドレッシングが合います。
ドレッシングは足りなかったら足してくれるそう。
まだ大勢の方がガヤガヤ盛り上がっている状態の場所は落ち着きませんので、
快適に過ごすことができました。
やっぱり餃子にはビールです。
