日曜17時半頃訪店。日本橋高島屋の本館は、催事場や食堂があるのだが、その一角に天一が入っている。ちょっと早めの夕食ということで、すぐには入れた。
天一御膳 梅(¥3190)をオーダー。
海老２、サツマイモ、かき揚げなど。海老は塩とレモンで、イモはおろしを入れた天つゆで、さっくりと。美味い。茶碗蒸し、シジミの赤出汁、ひじきの煮物、サラダ、御漬物にごはん。基本は押さえていて問題なし。
天一の本店には行ってみたいが、それはいつかのお楽しみに。ちなみに、壁には銀座天一を訪れた有名人の写真が。コフィー・アナン、ビル・クリントン、フランク・シナトラ、ジャック・シラク、ミハイル・ゴルバチョフ、ナンシー・レーガン、あと一番大きな写真は誰かわからず。誰だろう。
