佐賀県の食材を利用したお店です
遅いランチタイムで訪問
場所は、東京駅八重洲口から５分くらいの所にお店はあります
美味しそうな看板を見つけたのでフラッと入店
注文したのは、炭火炙り！！親子丼 900円
５分くらいで提供
【見た目】
半熟の玉子と真ん中の黄身が食欲をそそる。レバー数個入ってる。楽しみだ
【親子丼】
まずは一口…旨い！半熟トロトロの玉子がご飯と良く絡み美味しい。レバーの柔らかさもバッチリだ。
ただ…個人的に塩分高いかな…それと鶏肉が少ないのは残念
【スープ】
ほんのり生姜味が美味しい。少し冷めていたのが残念
食べ終えた感想は、レバーが入っている親子丼が美味しかった。お店は佐賀県の食材利用したお店。お酒の種類も多そうなので次回は夜に訪問したい
