ランチでおじゃましました。
場所は、日本橋三丁目交差点のビルのB1。
京橋駅からが近いですが、東京駅からも近いです。
店内は、カウンター１０席くらいにテーブル席で３０席くらいのキャパですかね。
明るい居酒屋さん的な雰囲気です。
今回は「チキン南蛮定食」をいただきました。
JポップスのBGMを聞きながら待つこと５分くらいで提供でした。
鶏肉は、佐賀のふもと赤鶏だそうです。
食感はかなり弾力が強くて食べ応えがあります。
地鶏ならではの弾力かもしれないですが、個人的には苦手です。
タルタルソースはたっぷりですね。
玉子、蒲鉾、漬物が入っていて食感も楽しめます。
タルタル好きにはいいね。
スープは、つくねの入った鶏のスープ。
美味しいですが、ちょっとしょっぱいかな。
ご飯は普通ですね。
ちなみに大盛は無料とのこと。
サクッと完食でした。
個人的には、鶏肉の弾力が強くてもう一つだったかな。
でも、店員さんも明るくていい感じですし、佐賀の食材にこだわった佐賀愛が強いお店なので、佐賀県人にはおすすめのお店じゃないでしょうか。
日本酒も佐賀の物しか置いてないみたいですし。
また、忘れたころにおじゃましたいと思います。
