三越前駅から直ぐの場所にあるこちら。
ガラス張りで気になっており、調べてみると和食とのこと。
オシャレな外観に惹かれ、友人と訪問。
・お刺身盛り合わせ（¥1,500/人前）
・甘エビのなめろう（¥750）
・茹でたてアスパラ蔵出しひしほ味噌（¥1,100）
・稚鮎の天麩羅（¥950）
・椎茸の南蛮漬け（¥580）
・鯛の土鍋飯（¥1,850）
・お刺身盛り合わせ
カツオ、マグロ、イシガレイ、ホタテ、鯵のタタキ、真鯛でした。
お刺身は厚切りで、色んな薬味がのっていて嬉しかった～！
・椎茸の南蛮漬け
これ、めちゃくちゃ好きな味でした。
肉厚でジューシーな椎茸に、酸がそこまで強くなくまろやかな南蛮ダレがシミシミ。
笠の部分だけでなく、軸部分も食感がしっかりとしていて美味しかった！！！
・鯛の土鍋飯
ボリュームたっぷり。
お店の方が丁寧に身をほぐして、取り分けてくださります。
最初はそのままいただいて、出汁付きなので、出汁茶漬けとしても…二度楽しめます。
ドリンクも抹茶ハイをお願いすると、自分でお抹茶をたてて…なんて体験型のものもあり、楽しめました。
