マンダリンオリエンタルホテルの裏手に併設された、
ガラス張りの和食ダイニング。
天井が高く、
入り口には日本酒の樽などが並び、
デジタル絵巻が印象的。
日本酒に拘っているとの事で、
予約していただいたのですが、
クラフトジンもあったので、
私はそちらをオーダー。
●自家製焼き胡麻豆腐
こちらはお通し。
とろとろ、ぷるぷるの胡麻豆腐で、
あっさりした胡麻感。
●お刺身盛り合わせ 1人前 ¥1500

●十種のレタスと海苔のグリーンサラダ ¥1300
目の前で花鰹をかけて、
醤油をベースにした、
胡麻や大葉の自家製のドレッシングと。
●炭火焼き エビス若鶏 せせり ¥800
九州のエビス若鶏を使用。
ぎゅっとしていながらも、
しっとりと柔らかい。
●おでん五種盛り合わせ 2～3人前 ¥1600
メニューから好きなものをチョイス出来ます。
大根、たまご、糸こんにゃく、えだ豆天、がんも。
鯖、鰯、宗田鰹、焼きアゴのお出汁に、
鶏ガラを加えたおでんで、
醤油が強いタイプではないのが、
個人的には嬉しかったです(^_^)
●銀ダラの西京焼き ¥1380
しっとりとジューシーで、
漬け具合もちょうど良く美味しい♪
●鯖の炙り棒寿司 ¥1500
思った以上にボリューミーでびっくり！
間に大葉とガリが挟んであるので、
さっぱりといただけます。
●生麩のぜんざいと麩饅頭 ¥680
青のりの生麩と白玉のぜんざい。
つるんとした生麩饅頭と。
テーブル席を中心に、
カウンターや、
テラス席もあるので、
使い勝手が良い感じです。
女性のスタッフの方が、
とても感じが良く、
居心地よく過ごせました☆
