マンダリンオリエンタル隣の和食店に再訪。
相変わらず天井高くて気持ち良い空間です。
前回蕎麦が良かったので再度蕎麦を。
自然薯せいろ蕎麦 1,400円
前回より香りは感じなかったものの、細くて
硬くてカドが立った好みの蕎麦です。
粘度の高い自然薯とそばつゆを混ぜると
こちらはかなり風味が強い感じ。
自然薯が主張しすぎるので、蕎麦の香りが
控えめに感じたのかも。
夜はちょっと高そうですが、日本酒の品揃えも
かなりよさそう。料理は間違いなさそうなので
一度夜会食で使ってみようかと。
