日本橋から東京駅に向かう途中の飲み屋街にオープンしたやきとん屋さん。
平日の夜訪問しました。間口は狭いですが奥に長いお店で、結構先客は入っていました。
メニューは炭焼きやきとんが120円～とリーズナブル。食べログページに表示のメニューには好物のガツ刺しがありましたが、現在は無し。そこはガッカリしつつ、断肉明けということで思う存分いただきました。
まずはおすすめ塩もつ煮。温まります。導入にはいいですね。卓上に七味は無いですが。
タレと塩で皿を分けてできたものから提供されます。みとめの教えに忠実にハツから。
下町の大衆酒場に比べれば小ぶりですが、新鮮で歯ごたえプリプリで旨味が濃く美味しいです。
ガツはタレで。厚切りのシロガツはクセがなく弾力と脂の甘みが美味しい。
そしてどの皿にも添えられる和辛子が効くう～！
辛子が効く店は間違いなく良店なのです。
リトルチャイナ店では臭くて食べられたもんじゃない豚マメ(腎臓)も、こちらでは甘くホクホクで辛子とジャストマッチ！
生ビールはモルツ 1口目としては最も好きなビールなので、小さめだけど逆にちょうどいい。
山口の地酒も多く取り揃えられており、500円でいただけるのが凄い。
なんか珍しくご機嫌。
意識しなければ普通のやきとん屋さんかもしれませんが、ちゃんと飲みに来たファンにはツボを押えた渋い店に思います。
