名物の餃子はさすがの美味しさでした

前々から行きたかった餃子の有名店。
所用で近くに来て、オープン直後に訪問できました。

接客は中国人のスタッフさんかな。噂通りの塩対応笑
店内は2階もあり、席数も多いので焦ることはなかった。ちょっと前に新しいビルに入ったようで、店内はとてもキレイです。

餃子6個の定食（1,200円）をオーダー。
数分で到着。1個の大きさは10cmはあるかな。さすがの大きさで、見た目もキレイなキツネ色の焼き色がついて美味しそう。

一口食べると、皮のモッチリした感触の後にしっかり味付けしてある餡からの肉汁が絡んできて、何も付けなくてもとても美味しい。
1個食べるだけでも満足感が高いですね。6個食べ切れるかなと思いながらも次へ。

今度は小皿にお酢と手作りラー油を用意して、こちらに浸していただきます。う〜ん、うまい！
ラー油からの複雑な香りと辛味、お酢の酸味が付加されて、餃子の塩気、油気、旨み、皮の甘みなどが渾然一体に。気付けばこの食べ方で残り5個をペロリとたいらげました笑

満腹過ぎてご飯は残してしまいましたが、スープやザーサイなども美味しくとても満足できました。
