約５年振りに、日本橋のたいめいけんさんに訪問させていただきました。移転され綺麗で洗練された外観になっておりましたが、店内は、たいめいけんさんらしいポスター等が、多数見受けられました。
たんぽぽオムライス 2,150円 を、注文させていただきました。
チキン、マッシュルーム、グリーンピースが印象的なチキンライスに、ボリュームたっぷりのふんわりたまご。
たまごにナイフを入れて開いて、そこに真っ赤なトマトケチャップをたっぷりかけます。
一口いただきますと、
なんだかノスタルジックな氣持ちになりました。
懐かしい味って良いものですね。
移転前のお店の写真を探してみますと、かろうじて残っておりました。
ご馳走様でした。
