I happened to find this while wandering around the Japan Bridge area at lunchtime on a weekday. This sign was placed at the entrance of the alley on the Yaesu side of Chuo Street. What caught my eye was the "Stupid Galbi Set 1,000 yen". In addition, there are other great Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch sets that will tickle the hearts of office workers at lunchtime, such as "Aged Harami Set 1,000 yen", "Beef Ribs & Aged Harami Set 1,200 yen", and "Green Onion Salt Cow tongue Set 1,380 yen". I went into the alley to check the store. The alley is Japan Bridge 3-chome Yaka-dori". It seems to read "happy street". When you enter this alley from Chuo Street, there is a store on the right before you come out to Yaesu Naka Street. When I hurriedly looked it up on Tabelog, I found that it was a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) store that just opened in January this year. The name of the store on the sign is written in the alphabet as "YAKINIKU NIKUSHIN". The interior of the store, which can be seen from the vacant entrance, is a modern space with metal pipes of smoke collectors, red chairs, and indirect lighting. A few groups of guests are eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I was going to just pass by, but I suddenly changed my mind and said, "I have to try it." Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I wasn't in the mood at all, but suddenly my right leg came out in response to the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) mode switch in my stomach. When I entered the restaurant with my index finger up and said, "Alone!", the staff led me to a counter seat in front of the kitchen in the back. I put down my bag, take off my jacket, sit down on a chair, and order, "Stupid galbi set!" Soon after, a small plate of salad, a small plate of kakuteki and namul, a bowl of soup, and a bowl of rice were brought. And a metal pot with charcoal fire. The face feels hot. There was a short pause, and the short ribs that were brought in were the right ribs. I couldn't believe my eyes for a moment. A tower of meat is right in front of you. It's set at 180g, so it's not a huge mountain, but it's a stunning tower. It is an irresistible picture for meat lovers. Take a few souvenir photos of the tower, then hold the tongs in your right hand and peel off the tower's structure and spread it over a charcoal-fired net. A few seconds later, white smoke rose. Turn the meat over with tongs and wait for it to cook. In the meantime, take a small plate on the counter and pour the sauce placed next to the small plate on top of the small plate. Toromi can be felt slightly. Imagining that Toromi would lead to sweetness, I concentrated on the meat again. It was baked. Or rather, there are still rare parts, but this is the feeling I like. In a feeling of impatience, he picks up the meat with chopsticks, bounces it in the sauce on a small plate, and throws it into his mouth at once. Well let's see. Nice touch. It is not a high-quality meat, but the fat is not persistent, the edges are crispy, and the mouthfeel is similar to bacon. The sauce is as sweet as I imagined. This is where the rice goes. The tower was more voluminous than I expected, and there was a basal cabbage under the meat tower. This cabbage is also fresh and crispy. If it wasn't under the raw meat, I would have liked to eat it as it is. The white smoke intensified from the middle of the meal, but the smoke collector was also reasonably effective, and I finished eating without smelling Yakiniku (Grilled meat). If you can eat this much for 1,000 yen, you will be very satisfied. The CP is probably higher than that of the major racks, which have been increasing restaurant recently. This is a good store found.
