日本橋駅直結のコレド日本橋4階のレストランフロアにあります。日曜の午後1時半頃に到着して、15分ほど待って入ることができました。
熟成ビフカツ定食(2,600円)は、ビフカツ、グリル野菜、湯葉のお浸し、サラダ、テールスープとご飯の構成です。ビフカツは赤身中心ですかね、フライにしている分、油はたっぷりなのでその方が良いです。それでもややしつこく感じてしまい、特製ソース、ポン酢(記憶が曖昧)、塩とワサビが用意されておりまして、やはり塩とワサビが良いようでした。お肉は、頑張れば箸で切れるほどの柔らかさでした。
すき焼き定食 花(2,000円)は人参などの野菜が短冊切りになっているのが特徴的でした。お肉は量は結構ありますが、やや硬め。赤身部分で、しらたきの影響もあるのかも、と思いました。
ゆっくり食事をするには良いですね。
