Our first visit was to an oden/ Japanese Cuisine in front of Mitsukoshi, Tokyo.On a weekend night, two of us sat at the counter and, using our hometown tax donation pair dinner ticket (worth 30,000 yen), we went to French cuisine called ``La Paix''. It seems to be a series of "New Oden World" (from the menu) that incorporates French cuisine techniques cultivated at La Paix, and since it is oden, there is a sake pairing (change the first cup to champagne, 5 types in total) (7,000 yen) (excluding tax/surcharge), 10 seasonal dishes with dashi soup (both on the menu), 10 seasonal dishes including 2 desserts, and a good use of oden soup stock.It's Japanese-style meal but French cuisine A dish with some unique elements, all the dishes were delicious and highly satisfying.The main oden platter and the closing earthen pot rice (Kinmedai and 3 types of green onions) were both good.I could enjoy the rice twice as is and with the dashi soup ( To be exact, I received the rest as a souvenir, so I enjoyed it three times.) The shop's specialty oden spring rolls and Lapaix's specialty tartary soba tea blancmange were especially good.It was better than I expected, and I want to visit again. The shop costs just over 42,000 yen for two people (of which 30,000 yen is a ticket)
