久々のシュラスコで以前代々木で行ったアレグリア京橋店に来店してきました。
運ばれてくる肉はテンポ良く、店員さんもほぼ全員感じが良く、気持ちよく食事することができました。特に肉をもらう時にコップが倒れ、テーブルがビシャビシャになりましたが、素早くお詫びしながら対応してくれた点は好感が持てました。
ただ一点だけ改善希望として上げたいのが、
20時の予約で店内に通されたのは20時20分近くだったこと。20時までのお客さんが店を出る時間とテーブル等をキレイにする時間で20分ほど待ちました。これは代々木店でもあったことなので、食べ放題の開始終了を全客統一するのであれば、退店時間から次の予約を20分空けるべきだと思います。
