初訪問。八重洲地下の東京カレーカルテットのゾーンに出店している、4店舗の中のひとつです。
提供はとても速いですねー…で、青唐辛子をチビチビとかじりながら、カレーを食べて、グレープフルーツジュースの酸味を合わせて…と、いうような説明もしてくれます。確かに辛味、程よい苦味、酸味、スパイスの強烈な風味が味わえて、体感的にはとても新鮮で、個性的な一皿でした。美味しかったです。
会計。税込1,600円。ご馳走様でした。

2度目ということで、スタッフから辛さを増すことも可能と言われましたが、確か前回、ケッコウな刺激と発汗作用があったので、増しはしないでそのままにしました。辛さはあまり感じないのですが、香ばしい香りと刺激的な味わい…不思議な味わいです！でも、クセになる味わいですねー。ししとうの苦味のあとに香り高いスパイス、爽やかな酸味のグレープジュースなど、いろんな仕掛けが満載ですねー。
