蕎麦
神楽坂の「芳とも庵」の店主である 芳賀 氏の監修した蕎麦で、
石臼挽国産玄蕎麦粉を使用していますが、機械打ち？
たれ2種類：自家製の辛汁と濃厚豆乳胡麻たれ
胡麻たれには西京味噌が使われており、心地良い甘さが感じられます♡

※板蕎麦とは、「振る舞い蕎麦」が由来とされ一緒に食べた方とのご縁が、
水（縁）がこぼれ落ちる「ざる」ではなく、早く「板（順調）」につきますように
との願かけと長くそばにいられますようにとの縁起を担いだ蕎麦
