Saturday, I found country soba in Nihonbashi with spicy soup. The depth of the soy milk and sesame flavor lured me in, and the lukewarmness of the soba soup. Even though I was a little disappointed, the soba noodles at the yakitori restaurant turned out to be an early afternoon adventure.

I went shopping at Nihonbashi Takashimaya around noon on Saturday. I was in the mood for soba noodles today, so I didn't have much time, so I went to this restaurant where there was no line. ◆Inaka Soba (with pickles) Cold ・Original plate soba (with spicy sauce, soy milk sesame sauce) 1,300 yen ・Large + 500 yen As it is called inaka soba, I like thick soba noodles. There is also a slight scent of soba. Having two types of dipping sauce is a nice menu that allows you to enjoy variety. Sesame sauce is a rich soymilk sesame sauce made by combining white sesame seeds, Saikyo miso, and soy milk. The spiciness of the bonito is very effective. However, the amount of soup does not seem to change even if it is a large serving. Therefore, I have to be careful about eating while keeping the balance in mind, and I can't concentrate on eating. And finally. I like my soba soup hot, but some of it was lukewarm. It is very disappointing. Unusual for this type of shop, the tea is self-serve. We started out as a soba restaurant, but apparently our main business is Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) at night. I was so impressed that I brought the soba noodles to finish the meal at noon. The soba noodles are labeled as "Original", but I can't find any story behind the name. In other words, although the word "Original" was written on the menu, the origin was not explained.
