自転車で過酷なライドが控えていて、なにか気分があがるスイーツが欲しいってことで、日本橋三越に物色に行ってきました。
こちらのお店は、事前に夫からリクエストされていました。
サブレ・オ・ブール(540)
要冷蔵だったので、ライドには持っていけなかったのですが、すごく美味しそうだったので、買わずにはいられなかった。
結構こじんまりしたサイズなので、かなり割高には感じます。
サブレ生地には竹炭が使われていて、バニラビーンズの色を表現されているとのことです。バニラクリームの中には、バニラジャムが入っています。わざわざ、そのために、注意書きの紙が入ってました。うっかり、ジャムがこぼれて服とは汚さないためでしょうね。丁寧！
で、これ、めちゃんこ美味しかったです。大満足。
ケーク・ブランディ・ヴァニーユ(460)
上質なパウンドケーキ
ブランデーはそんなにきつくないので、アルコールが苦手な人でも大丈夫だと思います。
こちらは、バニラ専門商とのことで、バニラ好きとしては、たまりません。
バニラがすごく高額になってるので、お値段お高いのも仕方ないです。
なんとか、国産バニラとか出来なのかなぁ
