仕事終わりにBMのお店に行ったらお休みでした。
コロナ禍の頃はよくあったけど、行動制限なくても、なんかフラれる率最近高い気がします（苦笑）
リカバリーは想定していなかったので、駐車場に戻る途中に偶然発見したこちらへ
ビルの地下に降りていきます。
どうやらランチタイムはビュッフェのようですが、夜は普通に食事できるようです。
呑みほもあるようですが、呑むのは私だけなので。。。（爆）

私はおつまみ利用で、パートナーのディナーセットとシェアすることに。

福生でとってもおいしいガイヤーンを食べてからファンになったメニュー
皮の部分がカリっとしていて、ソースもとてもおいしいデス☆彡
パッタイのディナーセットには、生春巻きと春雨サラダとスープが付く贅沢セット。
生春巻きの上に乗ってる赤いソースが激辛～～！
で、春雨サラダはもっと激辛～～～（爆）
結局、春雨サラダは、辛いモノの耐性がないパートナーの代わりに私が全部いただきました。ｗｗ
でも、最近辛さにすっかり弱くなったので、口中が炎上しています（苦笑）
その代わりといってはなんですが、パッタイの甘酸っぱい味付けがとても心地よい。
麺もくっついてないし、干しエビや、ナッツのトッピングも、横に添えられて、お好みでプラスできる心遣い。
辛い！辛い！言いながら、スープを飲むとびっくりするほど辛さが落ち着きます。
タイ料理店でよく出会うかんじのスープだけど、このスープ、奇跡的にすごい辛さを緩和する超！！優秀選手。
これを考えた人、すごいなぁ・・・

いつもタイ料理店に行く度に現地の店員さんの優しさに癒されるけど。
料理は忖度なし！！のガチなタイ料理←タイに行ったことないけど（爆死）
辛さを調整しないガツン！とインパクトのあるお料理たちを楽しみました。
ちなみにですが、直感で入ったお店だけど、店内に広がるお料理の香りが、間違いない！！と思いました。
油臭くもなく。
かといって、エスニック独特の調味料の香りでもなく。
とにかくおいしそうな香り充満で、食欲が増しそうなお店でした。
大変美味しかったです。
