[Visited in December 2023] Due to my profession, I avoid restaurants that serve raw chicken. This is because raw chicken is highly contaminated with campylobacter, and there is a high risk of food poisoning from eating raw chicken. Freshness has nothing to do with it. However, there are many restaurants that simply serve raw chicken without considering such risks, and there are many consumers who appreciate this. I am fed up with Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that simply serve raw meat because it will make them more popular. This is a wonderful restaurant that does not follow such trends and serves authentic yakitori that has been thoroughly cooked using careful grilling techniques. And it's easy to make a reservation. Reservations can often be made even the day before, so if you decide you want to eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), you can make a reservation right away. I want honest shops like this to become popular. Currently, it seems that the course is 12,000 yen per bottle. In the past, it seems that there was a stop-order system, but now the style is to ask for more after the course. The chicken we use is Tamba Shigeroku Gamecock. The chicken is firm and chewy, and has a strong flavor. I think it is very suitable for eating thoroughly cooked. Skewers are served with not only meat but also vegetables. They also serve a number of a la carte dishes, including the famous potato salad, and the mouth-watering dish of glossy vegetables with meat and miso is also very good. The meat miso was so delicious that I ordered it as an accompaniment to alcohol. They also have a good selection of Japanese sake, including sake made with Kimoto sake, and other rich varieties that go well with Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The hostess' customer service was also wonderful. I remember that the price was around 18,000 yen (I vaguely remember). We highly recommend this restaurant to those who want to avoid raw chicken but still want to eat delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Thank you for the meal.
