こちらのはなれに初訪問。平日13時頃に到着したが待ちは1組のみ。本店の混み具合を経験しているので意外だった。
以前に本店で焼きかつ丼は食べたので今回は定食をチョイス。その中から神戸プレミアムポークの厚切リブロースかつ定食を注文。
厚切りは揚げるのに20分程度かかると言われたが、結局配膳されるまで30分程度だった。
まずはリブロースのボリュームが350gということで量は充分。もちろん厚みがあり食べ応えあり。そして特にかつの真ん中あたりは脂身、赤身のバランスが良く柔らかくてジューシー。さすがリブロースの醍醐味が感じられた。どちらかと言えば、赤身の旨味よりも脂身の甘みの方が印象が強い。
御飯とキャベツは一回ずつお代わりできるのも良い。
ただこの値段は全然割に合わない感じがした。
