日本橋とんかつ伊達に行ってきました。
小路に入ったところ、目立たない立地にあり初見で入るのは勇気いるかもです。
店主のワンオペでやっている店らしく、また厨房から仕切られていて入店してもしばらく案内されないと言う出だしにやや不安…
注文した極上厚切りロースカツ1,900円、厚切りのロースカツはレアに揚げられていて、上品な脂の甘みと赤身の旨味が凝縮されていて食べ応えも満点。
かぜか食べログの点数が低いおかげで混雑していないので穴場ですね。
