ずいぶんとご無沙汰していたおみ乃さん。
久しぶりに大将の焼きが食べたくなりました。
今は京橋にいらっしゃるということで、初めての訪問です。
ひっそりとした入り口から地下への階段を進むと
カウンターのみの小ぢんまりした店内。
そしてカウンターの中にはステージのような焼き場が。
変わらぬ大将の笑顔に癒されます。
焼き物とお料理が交互に提供されるスタイル。
飲み物はシャンパンからの日本酒をいただきました。
久しぶりの大将の焼きは、以前よりもさらに進化されたように感じました。
ゆっくりと贅沢に堪能できる、すてきな時間でした。
初めてお連れしたお相手も、大満足なようでした。
