I went there for the first time after making a reservation on Tabelog. I entered the store as soon as it opened at 5pm on Saturday and was seated at the counter. There were no other customers at this time of the day, so I ate my meal while talking to the chef behind the counter. I wasn't confident that I could eat that much, so I went with the most popular course, priced at 9,800 yen.・Bite soup (new onion and wheat gluten) ・Shrimp Tempura ・Parsley (palate cleanser) Tempura ・Swordfish Tempura ・Asparagus Tempura ・Sashimi (Makurazaki bonito) ・Simmered pufferfish ・Colorful salad ・Tsubomi Tempura ・Crab shinjo Shiitake Tempura, young corn Tempura, Tempura potato tempura, grilled smelt nanban, white wood ear fungus steamed with plum perilla, eggplant Tempura, scallop Tempura, shrimp tempura, salmon roe, and hand rolls topped with caviar, fried conger eel and sesame tofu, and sushi. (Medium fatty tuna, flounder on the veranda, horse mackerel, squid with karasumi, hand-rolled fatty tuna) ・Red soup stock ・Dessert (strawberry ice cream) I was very satisfied with the food being served at a good pace from beginning to end.
