この日は東京でお仕事
ゲストをお招きしての食事接待です。
天ぷらが食べたい気分の日でした
でも、お寿司も食べたいんだよね、
そんなことをぼんやり考えながら
食べログ検索で見つけたのがこちら
寿司も天ぷらも食べれるみたい。
お店はカウンターと個室があります
大好きなカウンター席を選びました。
天ぷら担当が店長さんかな？
もう一方が寿司を担当するみたい
コンビネーションよくコースが進みます。
スタートは天ぷらから
カラット揚がった天ぷらがうまいね
基本は塩&抹茶塩で食べるみたい
私はお願いしててんつゆもいただいた。
これはうまいなぁ…と思ったのが
金目鯛の天ぷら浜名湖の地のり餡掛け
スペシャリテになり得る一品です
餡の塩梅も良く、金目鯛の天ぷらも旨い
寿司ではやはりトロがおいしかったね
肉厚に切りつけられたネタで握る鮨
口の中いっぱいに良い味が広がります。
とても気さくに話してくれる板さんたち
やはりインバウンド客が多いのだとか
海外のゲストには最適メニューだと思う。
これで13,000円(税込)のコースだもの
東京で、新橋で、この内容ならばねぇ
確実にお値打ちだといえます。

ゲストも大変喜んでおられました
天ぷら+寿司は大正解だった
海外からのゲストには絶対にウケる
我ながらナイスセレクトだったと思う。
