ランチに誘われ、日本橋から歩いてこちらへ。
場所は新川にあり、茅場町駅からも少し歩く。意外と茅場町や八丁堀はこういうランチができるお店がそれなりにあり、ビジネス街ではあるがお店を探すのも面白い。
1階は厨房になっており、2階と3階が客席になっている。2階に案内され、エレベーターで上がる。
1番人気はトロトロオムライスとのことで、オムライスを食べに来たのでこちらをオーダー。20分ぐらいで提供された。
写真の通り、包んだオムライスではなく(そういうオムライスもある)、煉瓦亭のような卵を混ぜて焼いた包まないタイプ。2種類のトマトソースが置くと手前に掛けられている。
手前のソースにつけて1口頂く。ソースが相当濃厚で、ご飯もしっとりしていて、これは美味しい。
反対側にはトマトの酸味をダイレクトに感じる、サラッとしたソース。
それぞれをご飯に絡めながら食べ、終盤にはふたつのソースを混ぜて食べるのがまた楽しい。
お隣のダンディな紳士が食べていたタンシチューがめちゃくちゃ美味しそうだった。また、限定のハンバーグ丼もあるし、こちらのもうひとつの名物はポークジンジャーらしい。
次はデミソースのメニューを頂いてみよう。
会計は1階で。降りると凄い行列ができていた。
ビジネス街ではあるが、一本入るとお洒落な店も多い。
