東京で昼接待で日本橋の老舗鰻屋、喜代川へご招待
当然ながら関東風の鰻。少しテンションは下がったので、結果期待値が下がったのが良かったのか、そこそこ美味しく感じた。
関東風として、中はふんわり、外は香ばしく上手く仕上がっている。
創業は明治7年、お店は昭和2年に建てられた数寄屋造りで登録有形文化財らしい。シーリングファンのスイッチもなかなかの風情でまだ現役。
ただ、私は関西風が好み
予算はお座敷だと10,000円くらい。テーブルだと5,000円くらい
