Mr./Ms. "Unagi Kiyogawa", a super-long-established eel famous store that has been around since the Edo period. You can enjoy the exquisite eel, which is steamed plump and then grilled with binchotan charcoal, with a sauce that has been added since the company's founding. restaurant is divided into the 1st and 2nd floors, and if you use the 1st floor seats, you can use the kikueel from ¥4,180 + tax a la carte, and if you use the 2nd floor seats, you can use the course only. This time, I had a "lunch course" in a private room on the second floor. For the lunch course, you can choose between grilled eel or eel weight, and I had it with eel weight. It is ¥ 9,680 (* at the time of visit) for kabayaki or eel, mushroom smoke, new incense, and dessert. Mr./Ms.'s eels are so plump and soft that they can be easily loosened with chopsticks! Since it is baked after being steamed slowly, the fat is just right, and you can eat it without being persistent until the end. The traditional sauce has a smooth texture. You can also enjoy this without getting bored until the end. The restaurant, which is also a tangible cultural property, also has a taste, and its historical space made the exquisite eel even more delicious.
