道なりに真っ直ぐ進む。
台風が、この週末にかけて上陸する？
そんな予報が出ていた。
風は時たま強く吹くが、
それよりも台風が秋雨前線を刺激したためか
雨足が強くなっていた。
お店はやっているだろうか？
果てして、やっていた。
わりと混んでいる印象だ。
単にそばを食べる人、飲みにも来ている人
半々な感じやろか？
純然たる立ち飲みの店と
路麺(しかも立ち食い)のハイブリッド。
大将が越後出身というわけではなく
オーナーが十日町出身らしい。
弁当屋からスタートし、
へぎそばを出したら好評。
越後地酒 530円(税込)
おつまみ370円(税込) 椎茸五目 530円(税込)
お通しまでも付くのか。
地酒は越後湯沢の銘酒鶴齢。
しかも、本醸造でっせmen党さん！
おつまみは玉こんを頼んだが、
サバポン酢が提供(爆)
まぁええワイ旨いからw
女将さん(スタッフか？)と山梨県の話題を。
おっ、常連客が釣竿を大将に見せとる。
大将、沼釣りが趣味らしい。
釣りは渓流・海釣りと別れるが
さらに沼はマニアックやな。
サバポン酢には生の玉葱が入っとったが、
鰹節とともにいただくと
あの特有のオイニーがしなくなる。
これは新発見やな。
また 霊岸橋を渡って訪問したいな。
