随分と前にBMしたまま、未訪店だった蕎麦屋さん。丁度、近くに寄ったので、伺ってみました。12時ちょっと過ぎに到着したのですが、店内は、ほぼ満員でした。人気ですね！

冷やしたぬき蕎麦 480円
大盛 160円
〆て640円也。お安い。
ものの5分での提供です。立ち喰い蕎麦の良いところです。
『がんぎ』さんのお蕎麦は、所謂「へぎそば」です。100％のそば粉に布海苔をつなぎに使って打ちあげたもの。
一口啜れば、凄い滑らかな喉越しに、パツンと切れる歯応えの麺で、遅れて蕎麦の香りが立ってくる感じ。うわぁ、独特だわ。美味しーぃ。
おつゆも旨いなぁ。冷たいながらキチンと出汁の風味があるし、塩味、酸味と甘味のバランスが自分好みです。良き。
蕎麦とつゆが美味しいと、トッピングは少しのワカメに、ネギと天カスで充分だわ。
『スエヒロ』さんとはある意味対極だわw
でも、すごく気に入りました。きっと、またすぐに食べたくなると思う。
