知り合いに連れてきてもらって、八丁堀近くの中華料理屋さんにやってきました。
平日お昼12時頃、男性サラリーマンで満席の中、一番奥のお席に通してもらいました。
オススメは刀削麺ということで、担々麺とチャーハンのセット(950円)を選びました。
出てくると、名物の餃子一個と小皿の一品付き
けっこうなボニュームです！
さっそく食べてみますと、味が濃すぎないチャーハンに濃厚マイルド担々麺でバランス良いです。
担々麺の汁がうまい。
麺は削り方がちがうのか、太くて両サイドが少し波うってる麺。想像していた刀削麺と麺の形状がちがいました。表面がつるつる
もっちりしてて濃い味と合いますね〜。
だがしかし、私の箸の持ち方が下手なのかもしれないが、箸で持ちにくい。
餃子も皮が厚い本場っぽい水餃子でした。
ママさんはもちろん中国人。
連れてきてくれた人とは仲良しのようで、忙しい合間をぬって少しお話してました。
日本の中華は日本風にアレンジされてる店が多いので、中国の正しい味(と表現してました)を提供し続けてここで10年以上営業しているそうな。
13時頃になると少しすいて、今度は女性客が増えました。
夜の火鍋がすごくおいしいみたいなので、火鍋チャレンジしたいと思いました。
