麻辣刀削麺をいただきたくなると、この店を訪れる。
花椒の舌が痺れるような辛さである「麻味」、舌がヒリヒリするような唐辛子の辛さである「辣味」!!
麺はもちもちで旨味があり、美味しい。
ベースの中華スープが美味しいのだろう、この美味しい刀削麺が美味しい麻辣中華スープを纏って、口の中を幸せで満たしてくれる。
辛いものはあまり得意ではない。
初めていただいたとき、真っ赤なスープを見て恐る恐る口をつけたことを思い出す。
しかし、麺とスープの美味しさに箸が止まらなくなった。
以来、麻辣刀削麺を堪能しにこの店を訪れることになった。
もともとこの店は、ランチをいただきに時々訪れていた。
数種類の中華定食と、数種類の刀削麺のランチセット。
値段も手頃で、美味しいランチである。
何度もお邪魔して、一通りいくつものランチをいただいた頃、“ものは試し”と麻辣刀削麺のランチセットをいただいた、というわけだ。
その後は、もっぱら麻辣刀削麺!!
職場も生活圏も変わってしまって、なかなか伺う機会がなくなってしまったのは、本当に残念である。
なるべく近いうちに機会を作って、絶品の麻辣刀削麺を堪能したいものだ。
