Entered the store at 13:14. I've been wandering around here for a long time, and I knew about the store's existence, but this was my first time going inside. I ordered half fried rice and half knife-cut noodle set (970 yen). There are seven types of knife-cut noodle to choose from: Tantanmen, spicy noodles, jade noodles, authentic Beijing-flavored jiajang noodles, mustard greens salted noodles, braised pork noodles, and miso noodles. If you don't mind spicy food, I went for the spicy noodles that the waiter recommended. Arrived at 13:23. Let's start with the soup. The soup has a nice spicy flavor. Accented with coriander. The noodles had just the right amount of firmness and went well with the soup. Wow, these noodles are delicious! The tingling sensation you begin to feel as you eat is also the best. The texture of the large meat miso is also good. The rice is a bit soft, but it's a must-have for mustard greens lovers. Isn't it fried rice? ? The seasoning was a little vague, but since I love mustard greens, I didn't dislike it. Finished meal. Well, it was described as half-knife-cut noodle, and the bowl was certainly small, but it was packed full of noodles and had the same volume as a regular Ramen. And the amount of fried rice was not half as much. Stomach-wise, it's quite satisfying. Thank you for the meal.
