I met up with my usual drinking friends at Juchuen Gyoza / Dumpling in Hatchobori. When I entered the store, I saw that I had a friend from China who wasn't on the email distribution list...? ? It just so happened that I was gathering with friends from China to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The number of people is amazing. There may be about 40 people. This group and I almost occupied the store. What a lively thing. Gyoza / Dumpling which is the main feature of the restaurant, are delicious, but the stir-fried green vegetables are also exquisite. So, I couldn't find a good restaurant in the Shonan area, so I was feeling a bit stressed out, so I finally ordered Mapo Tofu! It's definitely delicious! But as soon as I took a bite, everyone's lotus broke out and I finished it in no time. What the heck... When I tried to order again, I was booed and asked if I was ordering the same thing. Please see the photo below. Don't you think it looks really delicious? ? When it comes to Hot pot, the spicy ones are extremely spicy, and the non-spicy ones have no impact. It's a delicate combination, but the chopsticks end up pointing towards each other. The fact that we have people from China coming together means that it's highly regarded.
