・紅油水餃と炒飯セット 900円
八丁堀駅の近く。小さめな赤い赤い中華料理屋さん。赤い中華とくれば、四川ですね。ランチで行ってみました。中国人ややっているお店です。
メニューには一般的な中華の定食の他に、少し珍しいものもあります。少し珍しい中から、紅油水餃と炒飯セットにしてみました。
・紅油水餃と炒飯セット (3.0)
紅油水餃。これは麻辣刀削麺のスープに水餃子を入れたもの。麻辣湯としては、辛さが少なく、水っぽく、すりつぶした胡麻がザラザラしてイマイチかなと。香菜が乗ってるのは良い感じ。面白いのは水餃子。１つ食べると、なんだこりゃ？ でも美味しい。二つ目で、大根葉とかの葉っぱとニンニクだけかもと気付く。３つ目、箸で割ってみて、アターリー。意表を突く水餃子でした。
炒飯はモチモチ傾向の米。多少油っぽさもあり。塩加減は良い感じ。
やっぱりここは餃子かな。餃子だけを食べに夜に再訪してみたい。四川メニューもあるみたいですが、ランチ時はランチメニューした置いてなくて分からなかった。辛くしてって言えば、花椒が効いた四川を作ってもらえるだろうか。
