①ガッツリサラダ
（豊洲よりカルパッチョ）
内容は、タコ、レタス（２種）、水菜、茹で大根、にんじん、茹でほうれん草など。
ミネストローネ？店員さんが、10種のやさいと言っていたような気がするが…。
メニューからは、スープが付くことが分からなかった。
②本日のスパゲッティ
（ツナと小松菜のスパゲッティ）
ペペロンチーノは、オリーブが香りツナもはっきりと自己主張をしている。ツナ缶のスープも入っているのかも…。パスタの下にはスープが残る。
③ペンネ＋リゾット盛り合せ
トマトクリームソースのペンネは、ネーミングが無ければトマトは分からない。
でも、クリームをまとったまったり食感が好みであった。
（鶏肉と白菜のラグーソース）
リゾットは、私の想像したリゾットはオジヤ系だったのだが、ご飯の粒が比較的しっかりしていて、ピラフに近いのか？と感じる。味は、オリーブが香り、なんと言って良いか分からないけど、嫌いではない。
全体を通して、メニューを見た際にすごい量だなぁ〜と感じたけど、普通に食べ切れる量でした。
