こんな大きな牡蠣を食べたのは久しぶりです。
八丁堀では有名なパスタ屋さんだそうで、メニューがたくさんあって迷ってしまい、入る前は無難にミートソースとかかなぁと思って入りました。
ですが、入ってメニューを渡された時に、「牡蠣のパスタ始まりましたので」と店員さんに勧められ、何気なく食べログを見ると、写真にはゴロゴロ入った牡蠣のパスタの写真が載っていました。
お店に入った時から魚のモチーフやら絵や飾りが多く魚介系が売りのお店なんだなぁと遅れて気がつきました。
確かにメニューにはアサリのパスタが先頭に来ていますし、これは牡蠣も期待できるぞとランチには少し贅沢でしたが注文いたしました。
いい意味で想像を裏切られて感動です。
今まで食べたパスタの中でこんな大きくてたくさん入った牡蠣のパスタ食べたことありません。
牡蠣の味は臭みなく濃厚でパスタも牡蠣の出汁とお店の出汁とでとても美味しかったです。
