牡蠣のパスタを求めて訪問しました。
平日12時前の訪問で、外には3組ほどの待ち列。
比較的回転は早くカウンターに案内されました。
並んでいるときに注文をとっていただけるので、流れはスムーズです。

◆カキとほうれん草のカレー風味トマトソース ￥1800
つるもちの麺にしっかり絡むソースはたっぷり。
大きなぷりぷりの牡蠣にしっかりソースがからみ美味しいです！
麺もとても食べやすい美味しさです。
好奇心からカレー風味トマトソースにしましたが、
牡蠣のクリーミーさにあわせるにはクリーム系かバター醤油の方が相性良さそうです。次回へのメモがてら。笑

店内への案内は早かったものの、一度に何人もの麺を茹でるようで、店内でそれなりに待ちました。
行列ができているお店なのでそこまでストレスな待ち時間ではありませんが、
やはりある程度の待ち時間を承知で訪問しなければならないお店のようです。
メニュー数がかなり豊富なので、また違うメニューに挑戦したい気持ち！
ちなみに牡蠣は3月中は食べられるかな？とのことでした。
