アルデンテとかそういうのは置いといて、
ほっこりパスタです。巷ではハシヤ系と言うらしい？
学生時代に足繁く通った東中野のモーゼと言う
パスタ屋さんを、彷彿とさせるなんとも懐かしく
リピートしたくなるお味。
オープン10分後に着いて30分待ち、オープン前に行かないと行けなかったな…
アサリとタラコに迷った挙句今回はタラコとイカをオーダー
テーブルにはドライバジルが備え付けてあるので
少し食べてら味変する。
少し濃いめの味付け、麺は太め、タラコとバターの
相性抜群！
次回はアサリラインを食べてみたい！
