"とんかつ茅"は、
先日、茅場町周辺で食事した際に
偶然目に入ったとんかつ屋で、
気になったので、行ってきた。
入店してみると、
実直な対応で気持ちが良い！
注文したのは、"ロースかつ定食"。
この時いた他のお客さんも全員、
"ロースかつ定食を注文していた。
とんかつが揚がると、
味噌汁、ご飯もさっと出てきて、
ソースはコショウ入りと
コショウなしの2種類。
とんかつを食べてみると、
カラッと揚がっていて、
油切りが完璧！
そして、ロースの割には、
肉にあまり脂身が付いておらず
また、ジューシーさや繊維感は、
この1枚で考えると、
不均一かなぁ、、、
後から気づいたのですが、
脂身がたくさんついた
"特ロースかつ定食"もあるようなので、
これは再訪しなければいけません、、、
古き良き街のとんかつ屋さんでした。
