とても寒いので・・・HEATTECH の ULTRA WARM を着てるので顔以外はそんなに寒くないのですが・・・暖まる料理を頂こうと、勤務先から徒歩６分の平成通り添いのビル地下1階にある、こちらの四川料理屋さんをランチ訪問。
頂いたのは “シイタケソバ 税込900円”。
シイタケソバは、小さめの椎茸のスライスと細かく刻まれた豚コマ・たっぷりの長ネギが炒められたものが表面を覆います。
スープは濃いめの醤油味で、豚コマから出た脂の旨味と椎茸の香りが広がりますが、椎茸の味はさほどしません。
使われる縮れ細麺は、日本蕎麦のような食感と味ですね。
椎茸好きさんにはたまらない料理で、新川にある がんぎ さんの “椎茸五目” と並び称される料理です。
完飲すると後で喉が凄く乾きそうなスープをかなり残してご馳走様でした。
