12時過ぎでほぼ満員、ランチ時は先注文&会計でお冷もセルフと効率の良いシステム。
牡蠣と生青海苔のクリームスパゲッティ。生麺のもちもち感、普通盛りは茹で前130gで文字通りの適量。青海苔の風味の強さがちょうど良く、バケットでもあればディップして残さず味わいたい。
