茅場町界隈で11時からやっている店は少ない。
大概11:30からなのだ。
せやから都合で早目に食事をとりたいならば
喫茶店のモーニングも11時までのところもあるし
しっかり食べたければここなんかよろし。
ここは先にカウンターで注文をオーダー。
前金制なので食い逃げ不可能w
食い逃げは犯罪やからなw
えっ、罪にならないの？
まぁそんなことは放っておいて
まずは注文や！
仔羊と秋なすのトマトソーススパゲッティ

チーズもお辞儀するのか？
ペコリーノ は、イタリア原産の羊の乳を原料としたチーズの総称。
なるほど。そしてお笑いにもおるとな？
私もたまに足がモッツァレラw
つまりは羊尽くしとな？
秋なすはちゃうけど。
先にセルフの水を紙コップに注いで
席に置いておく。
帰りに空いたコップにおしぼりなどを入れて
ゴミ箱へ捨てるのがここのルールみたい。
まずはスープとサラダが提供される。
スープはかなり具沢山。
取っ手があるのでそのまま口にするも
すぐに野菜でストップww
なのでフォークかスプーンで掬おう。
味はしっかり染みている。
サラダもタイトルに書いた通りフレッシュ。
決してお店の回し者ではないw
週の始めにこの鮮度の野菜がいただけるのは
かなりありがたいこと。
パスタは熱い状態で提供。
放っておくとくっつくのでご注意。
そして仔羊の肉の味わいがガツンと来る。
秋なすは控え目な貫地谷な。
そしてペコリーノチーズでさらに羊感がアップ。
まさかここで羊肉をここまで堪能できるとは
入店するまで想像だにしなかったこと。
席は一番手前の「晒し者席」に。
そうしたら客が次々と入ってきた。
福の神か？
