席間広めでゆったり！個室もあるので会食もokですし、意外におひとりさま多め。価格帯も幅広く、使い勝手が良いです。なにより、接客が素晴らしい！
平日12時前、見える範囲は先客さま数組さま。
その後も満席にはなりませんでした。
【食べたもの】
特製タレ漬けカルビ ¥1650
こちらのお店、●角的なチェーン店だとすっかり誤解していました。
確かに千円前後の定食的メニューもあるし、安価なお弁当も販売されています。
が、お肉、なかなか良いです！！！
流石に高級店には劣ると思いますが、アンダー2千円で7枚このお肉が出てきたら、上々なんじゃないかな。
タレはもう少しパンチがあって欲しかったけれど、好みの問題だと思います。
なにより、接遇が素晴らしいんですよね。
カウンターなしの普通の焼肉屋さんの割に、おひとりさま、しかも女性率がここまで高いのはこの接遇のお陰だと思います。
下膳の際には「キレイに食べていただいてありがとうございます〜！」、食後のお茶の提供の際には「アッツアツですよ〜！」、お会計の時には「午後もお仕事頑張ってください〜！」
どれも、こちらの目を見て、満面の笑顔で仰っていただいた言葉です。
なんだろ、余分な言葉の言い回し、タイミング、それらが素晴らしいんですよね。
接客業の方は勉強させて頂くつもりで訪店されるのも良いと思います。
外観がTHEチェーン店なので、その感じに騙されている方が多いんじゃないかな。
確かにチェーン店ではあるみたいですが、都内に数店舗あるのみ。
そんなに大きなチェーンじゃなさそうです。
会食にも十分耐え得るお店だと思います。
