Lunch at Hatchobori. A Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located along Shin-Ohashi Street. Operated by Shinsengumi Headquarters Co., Ltd. Nashi no Ie has branches in Gotanda and Shinagawa Intercity. French cuisine Meat Bar "Boichi" in Shinkawa is also part of the group. This is my first visit to Pear House. The seating arrangement is spacious. The menu includes Yakiniku (Grilled meat), steak, Steak, galbi soup, beef tail, stew curry, jjigae, and tanmen. Jjigae only has tofu. Disappointing ●I ordered stone grilled bibimbap @ 1,200 (tax included). In 2 minutes, a salad and Small dish of dried daikon radish and pickles were served. The salad has a Chianti-like dressing. I wonder if it's sesame based. Quite. And the stone grilled bibimbap was served 10 minutes later. The beef is probably cut off, and the namul is komatsuna, zenmai, and bean sprouts. Burdock, kimchi, egg yolk, gochijang. Maze while it's hot. I hear a chirping sound. The meat was thin but seemed like a lot. Well, it's not that the taste is strong, but rather that this menu doesn't have any flavour. Taste of gochijang and kimchi. Since the stone grill was hot, the burnt surface formed quickly. I used to go to a Korean Cuisine restaurant in Akasaka often, so compared to there, it was pretty average. It didn't have any characteristics. Neither good nor bad. Hatchobori is valuable because there aren't many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants.
