【前述】
東京・八丁堀と宝町の中間に位置する定食屋。
地下にあり、あまり目立たないのですが、近隣のビジネスマンに大人気。昼時はいつも並んでいて、毎度諦め足が遠のいていました。
今回、並ぶのを覚悟で訪問。
12時30分前くらいに到着して、前に２組。
やはり並ぶことになりました。
店内は広くてテーブル席が多くあり、入れ替わりが思ったより早い。6分待ちくらいでした。
12時40分を越えると、徐々にお客さんが席を離れ始めました。

【感想】
待つこと10分ちょい。
牡蠣は俵の形状で、サイズはクリームコロッケ級。
持つと重さを感じます。
パン粉がきめ細かく、サクッと揚げたての軽い食感。
牡蠣は噛むとじゅわ〜と旨い。
勢いよく噛むと中身が溢れ出しそう。
別皿のタルタルソースは、タマゴの味が濃厚て、酸味がほぼ無いのでまったり感のある自家製です。
先輩は気に入っていましたが、私は少し酸味の加わった方が好みと思いました。
もう箸が止まらない。
早く職場に戻らなくては‥。
自家製タルタルソースや備え付けのソースをかけて、ご飯にワンバン、うまい！
合間にキャベツをムシャムシャ、沢庵をポリポリ。
小鉢は、冷奴と切り干し大根の2種は標準的な味です。
更にデザートまで、かなり急足。
全体的にボリュームが多くて満足。
なかなか良いお店でした。
