八丁堀 袖さんへ平日ランチ訪問。
12:00前に到着はしたのですが、既に並びが。
当日の日替りはアジフライだったのですが、こちらも既に完売とな。
美味しいお店は並びも完売も早いですね。
気を取り直し、今回はカレイの煮付け膳をお願いしました。
これがとても良き。
御膳の中には
カレイの煮付け、がんもどき、白飯、お味噌汁、
小さな卵焼きに昆布の佃煮
綺麗なカレイでした
身が厚くふっくら、お箸を入れると白い身が顔を出す。
しっかりしていて崩れないです。
煮過ぎず塩味も味付けも好み、
勿論カレイなので基本淡白ですが程よい脂もあり。
がんもどきは煮汁が染み込んでいてほうっとしました。
これ自宅だと周り気にせず煮汁全部飲んでたと思う。
アジフライは食べ損なったけど
それ以上の素敵ランチを頂けました。
