以前から穴場的な存在として
一部の人に知られていたシランケド
八丁堀の駅からも近いのに
一度も訪問していなかった。
そんな自分に「バカ！バカ！バカ！」
と心のなかで罵ったw
店頭のメニューは
上からミッツ・マングローブもとい3つまでが
定番メニューらしいでしかし。
しかしながらその下の
三陸カキのアーリオオーリオ 1,050円
を選択。
この時期カキは外せないんや。
まずはスープとフォカッチャから提供。
スープはトマト由来？の酸味を感じるやつ。
これはこれで悪くない。
食欲中枢を刺激してくれてはるし。
そしてフォカッチャ。
「クラスト」がこれほどしっかりしたやつは
終(つい)ぞいただいたことがなかった。
そして「クラム」は格別柔らかくかつ美味しい。
なんじゃこりゃ！
まさかフォカッチャでこれほどまでに
食感の強弱の付け方に
そして小麦由来の甘さに溺れるとは。
聞いたら自家製で毎朝作ってはるて。
お店開けるんちゃう？
と言うか店内で販売したら売れそうだ。
そしてパスタも美味。
ただし、こちらの生パスタは
フォークに絡まりやすくて
美しく食べるのは困難鴨な。
カキは火入れ・味ともにパーフェクトや。
「あっ、ホット珈琲も追加で！」
だって、だって150円なんだもん。
ホットコーヒーでホットしたいねんw
大きさは小ぶりながらも風味豊かな珈琲やった。
他のレビュアーさんも書いてはるけど
スコアはもっと高くてもええんちゃう？
なので、いつもよりちょっと高めのスコアや。
だって美味しかったから。
