もも肉一本は、面白い。
親子重のつゆは、甘過ぎず、から過ぎずで、チェーン店だけあり、万人受けする味である。
だけど、炭火で焼き、蒸したと言う鶏肉は、柔らかすぎると感じた。
商品名にほろチキとあるので、こんな感じかなと、想像はできたけどね。
炭火の味と香りはするけど、個人的には、もう少し肉の食感が残るくらいの蒸し方が良いかな。
そもそも、本当に焼いているのかも分からないけどね。
後、お味噌汁の油揚げ、生なのか？
筏のように、浮いていた。
