茅場町あたりに行った時には…BMしていました。
11時50分でしたが丁度カウンター1席入れ替りで空きました…その後は続々とお客様が…人気店ですね。
魚をと思っていましたが、日替わりが豚ヒレカツとアジフライ…何だか美味しそうでこちらに。
カウンター前に用意されていた『お刺身定食』はヒラマサと鰹…どちらも小ぶりな切り身ながら、かなりピカピカで良いものだと思われます。魚への自信が垣間見れます。
小鉢に煮ヒジキと酸味のある春雨、なかなか良い組み合わせ。小アジフライが1切れなのはチョイ残念。小ぶりながらヒレカツは4切れ…自家製大根おろしダレが秀逸(柚子かカボス？)で、カツとの取合せが抜群。
ご飯がお代わりOK～お米のレベルがもうちょい高ければなぁ～が、温かご飯2杯を美味しく頂きました。
1000円ランチを維持された良店だと思います。
